Compared to brachioplasty arm liposuction is a process that is not an invasive procedure. It does not involve unnecessary risks like brachiopalsty. During brachioplasty there are lageincisions involved. Compared to that the arm liposuction surgery is a minimally invasive process.

Brachiopalsty is a proper surgical procedure. It thus has many associated risks with it. The recovery can be much more slower and painful. Compared to it liposuction recovery is much easier and the patient is back to normal life with ease. 

Liposuction procedure also at the same time gives better cosmetic results than the brachiopalsty. In liposuction you need not be anasthesised. This is not the case in brachioplasty where you need to be put under heavy sedation. Often also after brachiopasty you require overnight observation. Due to the extensive tissue trauma, patients in brachioplasty are often in severe pain.

This is not the case in liposuction. However in many cases liposuction is not suitable./ for instance patients who are over 100 pounds you will need brachioplasty to remove the excess skin. In simpler cases however liposuction is the best procedure as the surgery is easy and effective; it requires lesser recover time as it is minimally invasive. So after liposuction procedure patient is back to work fast. Besides in liposuction procedure there are no severe complications requiring hospitalization.  Neither are there heavy cars which often result after brachioplasty.
