I found a company online that helped me find an overseas property in Portugal. I had always wanted to own a home in Portugal after going there on vacation one year during my college years. Two of my college buddies had been planning to go, and asked if I wanted to tag along. I said sure, and we had one of the most awesome vacations that I had ever been on. I had always wanted to go back and had not done so yet.

When my wife of three years and I decided to buy a second home, I just knew that it had to be in Portugal. She was excited to think that we could possibly own an overseas property, and it would be somewhere we could escape to at anytime. All you needed to do was to make your plane reservations and take off to your home away from home.

The overseas property company that we used helped us to find a few different homes that were within our selected price range. They then sent us virtual tour videos of the two that we had decided to choose from. We made our mind up, and bought our property all with the power of the internet. We went and visited it about a month later and could not be happier with the choice we made.
