The iseries servers are what we installed into the doctors new office today. I have been installing servers for ten years now, and this was my first iseries server installation. I asked my boss, why the doctor had chosen to go with something like that instead of something a little bit newer. He said that the doctor was comfortable with the iseries and knew that he could trust it not to go down on him all the time.

I would have personally gone with one of the pseries servers, if it was me but we are only here to serve the customers. I priced how much the iseries was compared to the pseries servers and found quite a big difference if you got all the bells and whistles like the doctor had done.

Maybe he knew what he was doing after all. I may recommend choosing the iseries over other brands if it seems like we do not get called back a whole bunch to fix it. It is a good way for people to save money and still get a good product.

You learn something new every day and today I learned that the iseries servers are a good buy, and are known to be reliable throughout the industry.
