My only problem with my current office supply provider is that the delivery man never gets to our office on time. We have all taken turns staying after work on Tuesday, which is our deliver day. Now, if I do not get the order in on time on Friday which is the deadline, then I have to pay extra to still get my late Tuesday delivery. I have asked them many times how they can charge me if I am late, but I do not get to charge them or get a credit if their delivery guy is late for me.

I have looked into hiring a different discount office supplies company but I am not sure if it will pay to hire someone else to get there on time if I am paying more for each item. I think that my boss has explained to me many times that he has thought about changing discount office supplies companies many times but always comes back to the great prices that our current office supply company has.

If only I could find someone cheaper that could get us great prices and a guaranteed delivery time that would not require any of us to stay after work for no pay on Tuesdays, then I would be the hero of the office.
