When my boss put me in charge of keeping the supply closets stocked, I was a little worried that I would not know what and how much of stuff to order. I had the old invoices from the girl who used to handle the ordering so I could kind of go off of them but since we had just hired fifty more employees, I knew that I needed to up the orders just a bit.

One of the first things that I did was order some more Purell and the foam stuff for the soap dispensers. I noticed when I was trying to take inventory of what we did have, that they were both running low. I doubled the order on the Purell and the soap dispensers foam just because of the extra employees and thinking about how gross it would be if either of them ran out and we could not wash our hands and sanitize all the time like we are supposed to do. When you work around food, you must always be washing and sanitizing your hands.

The company we use to order the foam for the soap dispensers offered it in five colors and scents. I thought that it would be fun to order different colors and scents and see which ones that everyone liked, and keep those stocked up all the time.
