My real estate agent told me that I needed to increase the curb appeal with my house. I told her to make some suggestions and she just ran with that and returned a big list of things that I could do. I took care of the flowers and I hired a guy to go out and find me the most affordable set of wrought iron doors and matching storm doors that he could and he did just that. He found a great set, in a store and they were actually on clearance so he got them for seventy percent off of retail. Everything that I have done has greatly increased the curb appeal to my house and my showings have increased dramatically.
