My husband and I owned an old apartment building at the center of Minnesota - which was a definite commercial place. We thought it would be better to make is a resto-bar, being that I was a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management. It was my idea to hire professionals in transforming this building to a worthy night place and increase its popularity. One of the working guys referred us to a certain company to help increase its appeal. By adding some trellises and cleaning the old awning just above the front window, we hired them for some awning maintenance job.

We did just that to cut down on budget. Instead of buying another one, we might as well use the old one and innovate. We were fascinated by how fast and systematic the team can be. They simply surpassed the required allotted time that we gave to them.

Next, we wondered how we can make the outside stand out from the rest on the streets. Seems to me that the whole place needed to be wiped out which is why the cleaners advised us to add commercial pressure washing at the external area, driveway and sidewalks so it would look pleasing to the clients. We were hesitant at first because we thought about the costing. He proved us wrong, for when we opened the doors for business, clients made comments about how fast we had the awning and the floors re-made. What they didn’t know was it was just cleaned!
