The holidays are fast approaching. I can’t imagine that Christmas is a month from now. Every year, I make sure that I will buy new clothes and things for my kids. But this year is not that favorable to me and my family. My husband died because of cancer and I got fired from work because of tardiness. I tried to look for another job and started my life again.

Selling old jewelry gave us the budget for Christmas shopping. Actually, the idea came from my sister0in-law. She also tried to sell scrap jewelry to an online jeweler she found online. It is a nice opportunity to sell my old jewels to make the New Year start better.

I was so happy that I can see my kids contented with our life now. We have overcome what happened to my husband and we are moving forward for a more stable life. The money from the old jewelry will be our savings in case any unfortunate events happen again. Thanks to my sister-in-law and to the jewelry shop, they provided us new hopes in life.
