One Million Dollars for Preservation

A friend and I were taking a walk on the mall when we found an advertisement that features the latest pSeries Servers. We don’t particularly mind and we have nothing else to do anyway, so we checked it out. They have a lot of merchandise for sale; the thing that caught our attention was the Used pSeries that is for sale. We were amazed that it has a reasonable price. Most computer units don’t, looking for a good unit to buy is a hard choice to make. We were about to go when

my friend told me that he will buy one after a few days. I asked if I can go with him when he buys his pc, he said “Sure thing”.

He bought it after a week; he asked his parents’ permission to buy one. He then installed a few games and tried it. It was working well, the features were smooth and the graphics were sharp. It was worth the cost and my friend was very happy as well. After seeing the actual thing in action, I now want to get a unit for myself. I just hope that my parents would approve.

I run a small company here in our place. My problem is that our internet sometimes jams and that our switches can’t stand so much traffic and its causing network jams. We already had 3 switches and 2 routers to complement our 50 computers but still the signals just the same. Buying a new switch for our company’s use would cost too much so I search the internet for cheaper yet effective switches that could perform better than what we had.

Luckily I come across Used Cisco site which sells Used Cisco Switches, routers, memories and etc. I was impressed by their company profile and the way they handled each and every costumers. So after having checked what I wanted, I placed my orders and after about 4 days, received it through freight service.

I was impressed by the way that these switches perform. Our computers never jam and the way our internet works by LAN is superb. That’s why on my expansion, I am thinking of placing my trust on Cisco.

I and my sisters are planning to establish a charity fund for homeless children, in honor of our mother who has always been so compassionate to children with less in life. It was actually her idea to start a fund that could support not only the shelter needs of children, but also their food, education and many others. However, when she died last year, all these remained as plans. However, being witnesses of how our mother committed her life in this cause, we can’t afford to not do anything to make her plans come true.

To start the fund, we thought of selling old gold jewelries my mother was able to accumulate over the years. We found this online jewelry buyer who is willing to buy our jewelries at a price five times higher than the others. We contacted them right away and they immediately took action on our request. They examined almost all my mother’s jewelries and they were impressed. They even encouraged us to sell wedding ring my father gave my mother. Although they are offering a really good price, we decided to keep it as it means so much for us.

Now, we already have enough to start the fund. I know that mom will be really proud.
